THe Law of Influence

Leadership is not managing. Managers can maintain direction but not change it.

Leadership is not knowledge- Many of us know professors and Seminary grads who you wouldn't follow to a garage sale, let alone in the areas of spiritual things.

Leadership is not done by the one out front - He who thinks he leads, but has no followers, is only taking a walk.

Leadership is not position- I figured this one out real fast. Having the title of Administrator
/pastor means very little to most people.

Leadership IS influence. When there is a call for a vote on any matter. Most people will follow someone else's lead. Whoever that person is to whom most people look to, that is your leader.
