Remembering the Alamo

The fam and I are off to Texas after services this Sunday. We spent 3 wonderful years down there right after being married. Our second son was born down there, thus his nickname, 'Bubba." Pastor Kyle White has asked me to preach down there to the saints of Community Baptist Church. I am eagerly looking forward to that. Another friend of mine has started a school down there and wants me to speak to his faculty and staff about Classical Christian Education. Please pray that the 30 hour car trip, and speaking opportunities benefit the Kingdom. The Baptist Church in Vanderbilt is going to join our church for service the Sunday that I will be gone. So this is going to be an exciting two weeks for us all.
